Shipping policy

At NightPod (operated by KM Global Oy), we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start sleeping better.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date of purchase, including processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped with a tracked carrier. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

You can follow your package at any time with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping Protection

Every NightPod order includes Shipping Protection. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Delivery Issues

If your package looks lost, is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or shows as "delivered" but has not arrived, contact us at info@trynightpod.com and we will work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.

Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing can sometimes add a few days to the delivery time.
